Class Price is $75.00/person 

This class will include a delicious spring menu you are sure to impress your guests with.

Menu to include:

Warm baby scallops with a fresh green bean salad

Roasted chicken with goat cheese and a lemon garlic sauce

Sauteed ramps with apple-wood smoked bacon

Almond praline mousse

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
