Class is $95.00/person

Sauces can feel like the hardest part of the menu to prepare, but great sauces are the finishing touch to any well-dressed plate of food. Let Chef Mark show you how easy it is to make amazing, classic sauces that you can use with multiple different proteins and vegetables. In this class Chef Mark will show you how to make:

Hollandaise;

Bechamel;

Romesco;

Chimichurri; and

Teriyaki.

Various proteins and vegetables will also be served so you can experience the multiple ways in which these sauces can be used. And, Chef Mark will also show you how to easily change the classic recipe to create a new sauce!

We require a $50.00/person non-refundable deposit upon registering for class. The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.

Class Policies:

1. You can book your seat online or by contacting Chefs’ Haven either by phone or in person.

2. A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person will be due at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total due for the class.

3. The remainder of the payment will be due upon completion of the class.

4. Deposits and other payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card. If paying by credit card a 3.9% merchant cost will be added to the total amount due.

5. Please note: classes with fewer than 4 participants are subject to cancellation. In the rare instance that a class does not have enough participants Chefs’ Haven will advise all participants via the phone numbers provided at registration. The class will be rescheduled; however, a full refund will be available upon request.

6. Classes are limited to 10 participants, which guarantees all participants the opportunity to observe and ask Chef Mark questions.

7. Recipes of all food prepared during the class will be provided to all participants.

8. Cancellation Policy:

   • If you are unable to attend a class that you booked, you are encouraged to send someone in your place.

   • If, however, you need to cancel your class reservation, you must provide Chefs’ Haven with at least 5 days’ notice via phone or in person. Cancellation by email is not accepted.

     • If you provide Chefs’ Haven with the proper notice you may reschedule your class reservation for another class, assuming there is space available, without the need to provide another deposit.

     • If you do not provide Chefs’ Haven with the proper notice you will lose your deposit. There are no exceptions to this policy.
