Class Price is $85.00/person

Starting with Duck Confit salad, and finishing with Chocolate Mousse. And in between Coquilles St. Jacques with Flat Iron Steak with Gallette Dauphinoise potatoes and Heroct Vert.  Recipes Included!

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The rest of the payment is due on the day of the class.
