Come and enjoy an evening with Chef Mark as he demonstrates the proper techniques of preparing and cooking a menu that includes:  Mediterranean Roasted Tomato Soup , Mediterranean Bulghur Salad with Chickpeas, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber and Feta Cheese, Mediterranean Salmon with Roasted Fennel, Garlic, Tomatoes, Black Olives, Capers and Lemon-Fresh Herbs, and for dessert, Grilled fresh peaches with a fresh berry sorbet.  Recipes Included!

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
