French Bistro Cooking
Last night, a sold out class enjoyed French Bistro Cooking as prepared and instructed by Chef Mark. The delicious menu started off with Coquilles St. Jacques. That was followed by Potato and Leek Soup. As everyone was finishing their soup, Chef Mark prepared the Steak Au Poivre that was served with Gratin Dauphinoise Potatoes and Green Beans Persillade.
