This class will cover Detailed Hands on knife skills to include Garden Vegetable Gazpacho and a Asian Salsa. We will also cover pantry maintenance and necessary Chefs tools for an organized home Kitchen.

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class. The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
