Chef Mark will take on a taste tour of Asia when he demonstrates and prepares a delicious Asian Cuisine with a menu that includes; Hot and Sour Soup, Ahi Tuna Salad, Vietnamese Caramel Shrimp, Korean Pork Stir Fry with Korean Fried Rice and for dessert Yuzu Sorbet.  Recipes Included!

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
