Let Chef Mark indulge you with the deliciousness that is French Cuisine.  Start off with Vissyssoise followed by Salad Nicoise, Organic Roasted Chicken with a Fresh Sorrel sauce, roasted summer vegetables and Pommes Puree is next, and for dessert fresh grape sorbet.  Recipes Included!

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
