In this popular hands on class we will prepare
Traditional Miso soup,
Salad with ginger dressing
and all the sushi you can prepare, from Basic California rolls to Inside out Spicy tuna rolls.
You will learn the proper way to prepare Sushi rice which is the most important skill to make authentic Sushi and Maki Rolls as well as make several popular sauces.

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class. The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
