The popularity of the New Orleans Seafood class has caused Chef Mark to create this wonderfully NEW and tasty "Flair of New Orleans" Cooking Class.  Menu includes: Smoked Paprika Glazed Andouille Sausage, Oyster Stew, Shrimp Etouffee, and for dessert Bourbon Bread Pudding.  Recipes Included.

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
