Class Price is $85.00/person

Mardi Gras is French for "Fat Tuesday", reflecting the practice of the last night of eating richer, fatty foods before the ritual fasting of the Lenten season.  Join us at Chefs' Haven as Chef Mark dishes up a tasty menu of Fat Tuesday favorites.  Menu includes:

Crawfish Bisque,

Muffaletta Salad

Jambalaya Grits with Shrimp

Duck and Sausage Gumbo

Bananas Foster 

 Recipes Included!

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
