French Sauces and Dressings

Class is $70.00/person

In this class we will prepare several French sauces and dressings with great versatility. Dressings include: Champagne Vinaigrette and Roquefort, both served over a salad.  Sauces include:  A cream Sauce (including Bechamel), Beurre blanc and a Bordelaise, all served over proteins.  If you want to wow your friends with great sauces and dressings, this is the class for you!  Recipes Included!

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
