French Cooking has never been easier with Chef Mark showing you the way.  Menu Includes: Moules Marinier (Mussels with Shallots, White Wine, Fresh Herbs and French Butter), Roquefort Salad, Duck a L'Orange with Duck Fat Roasted potatoes, and Corsican Lemon Mousse for dessert.  Recipes Included!

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
