Learn to prepare a typical French Autumn Meal. We will be preparing a Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque, Salad of mixed greens with fresh Pears and traditional Roquefort dressing, Flat Iron Steak Frites with Onion Jam and Compound Herb Butter, Ratatouille and for dessert Chocolate Mousse.  Recipes Included!

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
