Fresh Fish Season, Sear, Sauce

Class is $75.00/person

This class will focus on showing you how to work with 3 different types of fresh fish, firm flesh, flaky and light . We will explain how to season cook and sauce them as well as create side dishes to accompany them. Sesame Crusted Tuna with a ginger miso sauce, Pan Seared Wild Salmon with Shrimp Sauce,  Oven Fried Cod with French remoulade sauce .  Recipes Included.

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
