Tired of the same old burger on the grill?  So are we.  Let Chef Mark show you a healthy alternative to burgers with a menu that includes:  

Thai Turkey Burgers with Cilantro Carrot Slaw,

Salmon Burgers with Cucumber Sauce,

Quinoa and Black Bean Burgers with Prairie Breeze Cheese, Chipolte Mayo and Avocado.

 Recipes Included!

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
