The Second of the Essentials Series, Learn the science behind making sauces, stocks, and soups

We will be covering the 5 mother sauces and variations of each.

The cost of a individual class is $70.00 or $185.00 for all three.  Recipes Included

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
