Learn to make savory Thai and Vietnamese cuisines at home in this class. Chef Mark will prepare some exciting, yet easy, dishes when he shows you how make:

 Vietnamese caramel shrimp (tom rim),

Thai Seafood Salad,

Chicken Satay with Fresh Peanut Sauce, 

Beef Pho (Vietnamese noodle bowl).  Recipes included.

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
