Have a taste for Fish?  This is the class for you.  Chef Mark will show you how to prepare; Shrimp Bisque, Fresh Scallop Ceviche ,Pan Roasted Salmon with Vin Blanc Sauce, Fresh Vegetables and a nice light berry Sorbet for dessert.  Recipes Included

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class. The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
