Offering both appetizers and entrees, this class menu includes:

Vietnamese Caramel Shrimp

Pan seared sea scallops with roasted pepper sauce and fresh herbs

Shrimp and sweet pea salad with fresh sorrel

Seared Sea scallops with oranges, capers and fennel puree

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
