Chef Mark will show you around the Region as he prepares a Spanish menu that includes:  Patatas Bravas (Appetizer), Gazpacho with Chilled Lime Shrimp from the Andalucia region(Soup), Pan Seared Pork with Espinacas con Garbanzos (Spinach with Garbanzo Beans) from the New Castilla/Madrid region and for dessert Calatrava from the Murcia region.  Recipes Included.

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
