Chef Mark will demonstrate how to stay cozy and warm in the winter time with this deliciously fulfilling meal that includes: 

Roasted Butternut Squash and wild Mushroom Soup

Winter Arugula Salad with Ruby Grapefruit and Greek Feta

Horseradish crusted Beef Tenderloin with with Pommes Puree and Roasted Asparagus,

Cranberry Apple Tart!

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
