This all Italian dinner class starts with Antipasto Salad, Frutti Di Mare Appetizer (Sauteed Mussels, Shrimp, Clams and Squid) , Rosemary Garlic Pork Tenderloin with Wild Mushroom Risotto and Roasted Fennel. Finish with an Espresso Panna Cotta for dessert.  Recipes included.

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
