Sous Vide cooking offers unparalleled control over what ever you are cooking whether it is Steaks, Chops, Eggs, Seafood, Lamb, Chicken, Game and much more. In this instructional class we will cover everything you need to get started with Sous Vide cooking. Menu will include:

Egg bites with bacon and Gruyere

Salmon Salad

Honey Dijon Rack of Lamb

buttered potatoes

glazed carrots

Recipes included.

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
