Menu Includes: Thai Coconut Soup with Shrimp, Seared Scallops with Yuzu-Wasabi Vinaigrette, Julienne Salad with Miso Dressing and Pan Seared Fish (Depending on availability) with butternut squash, maitake mushrooms and truffle jus.  Recipes Included.

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
