Class Price is $75.00/person

Travel to Eastern Europe with us on a culinary tour. In this class we will start with a traditional Hungarian style Borscht followed by a traditional cucumber salad; then enjoy learning the preparation of a potato and celery root gratin with smoked white fish and finish with an apple and raisin Challah with clover honey. Recipes Included!

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
