Menu Includes:  Cauliflower Soup with Truffle, Roasted Root Vegetable Salad with aged Sherry Vinaigrette and Fresh Goat Cheese, Mediterranean Braised Chicken with Cous-Cous and for dessert Spiced Apple Pie Detailed cooking methods and Recipes included.

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
