Who doesn't enjoy a good breakfast? And, if you think that the only thing better than breakfast is when breakfast is for dinner, then this class is for you! Join us as we show you how to make delicious and satisfying dishes that fit the bill for either a hearty breakfast or a filling dinner.

Menu includes:

Breakfast salad of baby greens, sweet potato, and almond butter dressing

Croque—Monsieur (grilled country ham and Gruyere topped with a light Béchamel) and country style potatoes

Russian blinis with creme fraiche and berries

Recipes included.

We require a $50.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.

Class Policies:

  1. You can book your seat online or by contacting Chefs’ Haven either by phone or in person.

  2. A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person will be due at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total due for the class.

  3. The remainder of the payment will be due upon completion of the class.

  4. Deposits and other payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card. If paying by credit card a 3.9% merchant cost will be added to the total amount due.

  5. Please note: classes with fewer than 4 participants are subject to cancellation. In the rare instance that a class does not have enough participants Chefs’ Haven will advise all participants via the pone numbers provided at registration. The class will be rescheduled; however, a full refund will be available upon request.

  6. Classes are limited to 10 participants, which guarantees all participants the opportunity to observe and ask Chef Mark questions.

  7. Recipes of all food prepared during the class will be provided to all participants.

  8. Cancellation Policy:

    • If you are unable to attend a class that you booked, you are encouraged to send someone in your place.

    • If, however, you need to cancel your class reservation, you must provide Chefs’ Haven with at least 5 days’ notice via phone or in person. Cancellation by email is not accepted.

      • If you provide Chefs’ Haven with the proper notice you may reschedule your class reservation for another class, assuming there is space available, without the need to provide another deposit.

      • If you do not provide Chefs’ Haven with the proper notice you will lose your deposit. There are no exceptions to this policy.
