Essentials 3 (Wednesday)

Class is $70.00/person

This Essential class will cover all the cooking methods from braising, sautéing, blanching, poaching, pan roasting, baking and much more. After attending this class you will have the confidence to tackle any recipe. We will prepare Braised pork with cabbage, Poached Salmon, Pan roasted chicken, Perfect roasted potatoes, Sauteed vegetables and sauces for each protein.

The cost of a individual class is $70.00 or $185.00 for all three.  Recipes Included

We require a $25.00/person deposit upon registering for class.  The remainder of the payment is due on the day of the class.
